D.V.L. is a New-York bred kid, a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, and a lover of theatre, music, comics, and animals-especially pugs (the dogs with the funny, wrinkled faces).  While in school, D.V.L. focused on playwriting, psychology, and art, and got into comics (again) when writing and drawing them during a six month study abroad program at Goldsmith’s College in New Cross, South London.

D.V.L. is a big city person (with a special love for London), and presently resides in Hollyweird, California.
